The video layer for work.

Velo turns company context, source artifacts, and workflow intent into clear video output. We are building the infrastructure for teams and agents to explain, train, support, and sell through video.

Velo started with one workflow that would not fit into text.

Before Velo, we spent weeks in discovery for our original idea.

Endless calls. A lot of feedback. Nothing was clicking.

Then Sourav was introduced to a large vibe coding company. Instead of asking, “What are your biggest problems?” he asked a simpler question:

What’s on your next sprint?

He listened.

The conversation moved through feature after feature until one line changed the direction of the company:

People love vibe coding, but explaining the process is a mess. We want something like vibe demoing. You push a toggle and create a video message without recording a camera or screen.

That was the first clear signal.

Velo came from one person telling us exactly what they needed. Within days, that signal became a $25K contract and the start of a new direction.

Not video creation for its own sake.

Video as an output layer for work.

Velo was founded by Sourav Sanyal and Ajay Kumar. They have worked together since 2018, building AI systems across cameras, video infrastructure, computer vision, and applied enterprise workflows.

Those years shaped the way Velo thinks about video.

Video is not just media.

It is context, timing, compression, signal, memory, and trust.

Help every team explain work clearly.

Velo turns company context into clear video output.

Teams use Velo to create product demos, support replies, onboarding videos, training videos, explainers, and agent-generated videos from the knowledge their company already has.

Turn context into video

Use docs, product pages, changelogs, tickets, CRM notes, recordings, and knowledge bases as source material.

Make work easier to explain

Create videos that show the product, process, answer, or workflow more clearly than text.

Keep every video grounded

Every output should be connected to real company knowledge, not generic generation.

Reduce repeated recording

Teams should not have to record the same explanation again and again.

Bring video into the workflow

Create, edit, share, track, and update videos where work already happens.

The video layer for work.

Work is becoming more agentic.

Agents write emails, update CRMs, answer tickets, generate reports, and move work forward.

But work is not only text.

The next generation of teams and agents will need to explain visually too.

Video as a native output

A sales agent should create a walkthrough. A support agent should send a video answer. A product agent should turn a changelog into a demo.

Grounded at scale

As video creation increases, every video needs source context, accuracy, attribution, and traceability.

Updated from source systems

Videos should stay current as products, policies, workflows, and knowledge change.

Personalized for every audience

The same source context should become different videos for customers, teams, regions, and use cases.

Measured and improved

Every video should be distributed, watched, tracked, and improved like any other business workflow.

Closing line

Velo is not just a tool to make one video.

It is infrastructure to make video a native output of work.

Bring the video layer to your team.
