How an operations team with 120 SOPs stopped being the help desk for its own documentation
The challenge
The SOP existed. The process still depended on the person who wrote it. Employees kept asking for clarification, and different locations slowly filled in the missing details in different ways.
The approach
Velo kept the SOP as the source of truth and added a visual layer from the same process context. People could read the standard and see how to execute it without creating a second knowledge system to maintain.
